    my blackberry storm 2 shows "enter Blackberry to continue" but that allows me to call emergency only. I want to access the phone's apps and wifi. . . . can I bypass this in some way?

    it sounds like you have a phone that has a password on it and you do not know what it is. you will have to completely wipe the phone with the desktop software I think and reload the OS
