    Hello

    Please can some one tell me how i can add my Outlook.com email account to my Blackberry Torch 9810. I have try always to add it. also 2 second question is I am trying to upgrade Blackberry app work on my phone but every time I press upgrade it returns a error saying contact Blackberry support. Is there away yo download the upgrade and install it on phone
