    The most frustrating thing I ever have seen from a device. Should be straight forward like other BB models.

    Has anyone experienced this?

    The Internet? Google it.
    The PC? Mass Storage Mode.
    Email? Tap, hold, safe.

    Frustation from using a device usually has two causes: UI or User.
