Hi I need help how can I fix the 6 horizontal lines color grey in my blackberry keyone?

Reboot the phone and see if they're still present. If they are (especially if it happens during the boot screen) it's likely hardware failure, in which case you'd need to contact where you bought it from and/or BlackBerry Mobile.

I've tried many times but its still there. I've read another threads same issue like mine. it's only visible in grey background and another dark colors.
