    I have a BBZ10 I get the following message:

This means that your Z10 connected fine to Diesel_Dust, the hotspot, but Diesel_Dust isn't connected to the internet or its internet connection isn't working, i.e. you won't be able to connect to any webpages. Connect another device to Diesel_Dust and see if you can access webpages. Diesel_Dust may require a reboot to reconnect with the internet.

What model Z10 are you using? Is this during setup after installing a new software?

Have you tried connecting to a different WiFi to see if it works?
