I only see few of my gmails appearing in the Hub, just the newest ones and none in the other folders. Is this a sink problem and how do sink properly?
    Thanks.

Generally you'd go into Hub, Settings, and then go through the settings of each email account.

But, as the poster above said, we can help you further if you let us know what model phone you have.

What is your sync Time Frame setting for your GMail account in the Hub? Have you setup your Email Folder Sync Settings to show all the folders you want to see?

Sync time frame was set to 7 days, I changed it to 1 day..

I managed to dig deeper into the Hub menu and found settings for folder syncing and more....

What accounts are they, eg Hotmail, Gmail or?

In my Classic I can set gmail set to 5 min sync, 'push' for hotmail.

And I have some accounts set to keep for 90 days, and others 'forever'.

Setting your sync time frame to forever should work.

I'm confused. Why would you change it to only sync 1 day? That means only emails you've received in the last 24 hours should show up.

You need to change the EMAIL SYNC TIMEFRAME, put it to as far back as you want to have your emails.

Keep sync interval to push or automatic

Yeah I just changed it to forever setting, a little misunderstanding on my part.

All the emails seem to have appeared now, so now I can go on about my business. I am coming from Android for many years so it takes time learn to work another system. So far BB10 is very nice and I love my Q10 especially the physical keyboard.

    Thanks all for your help

Your English is pretty good, but it may also be part of your problem.

Sync Interval means how often or how frequently your phone checks for new mail.

Sync Time Frame means how long emails will stay in the Hub. If you set the Sync Time Frame to 1 day, the Hub will only show your emails for the last 24 hours. If you set it to 30 days, the HUB will show all your emails for the last month.
