i already flagged as stolen using blackberry protect with my bb id and password, but can't see the location of the phone as i was seeing before i flagged it

When you flag it... it wipes your data but is suppose to keep BlackBerry Protect on so that you can still see it. Never tested this to see how well this works.... many have device issues when the do a normal wipe. Keep checking over the next few days... it might be stuck a 98%.


What version OS were you running?

i think the os is 10.3, last update was the same day it was stolen (6days ago)

At this point, it's either off or the battery is dead.

Maybe someone is foolish enough to charge it and turn it back on and you'll get a hit.....
