    Well My BB Z10 Was keep rebooting its self cause i downloaded a app called Tango, i got told it was a virus now. and to the phone shop its a softwear Glitch? Can someone please tell me cheers

    Since day 1 i had done wiping at least 3 times and it seems the time it took is not consistent. But at one time it reaches 4hrs.

    I don't know about Tango, but a quick google search shows something is not right with it. The wipe/restore should/could/can take about an hour or two so, not a biggie.

    Depending on how much space you've used on your phone, it can take a very long time. What I'd do would be to just run an autoloader, it wipes your data in less than 10 minutes, and then you could do a security wipe that should take around 30 minutes because you won't have much on your phone.
