    I have a Z10 (on 10.3.1) and can tell you it does not work with the current version of HERE Maps in the Play Store or older versions I downloaded elsewhere.

    Because latest versions use Google Play Services most of the apk needed to be patched, which I did with both Lucky patcher and GMaps patcher, and with the latter I tried with varying processing settings, but none of the resulting apks wanted to work.

    I gave up on it for now.
