Treble has no affect on Keyone. OEMs are not mandated to implement Treble with upgrades from Nougat to Oreo device. Key2 which is going to be officially announced next month will implement Treble as it debuts as an Oreo device.

Could BB/TLC implement Treble as part of its Nougat to Oreo device upgrade? Yes but IMHO they don't plan to upgrade KeyOne to Android P anyway so its not worth the extra effort.
