When I turn on the speaker function during a phone call, the phone continues to send my voice, but the audio coming in is shut off. A reverse mute.

Also, when I run a Youtube video on the phone, the speaker is crystal clear, no problem with the speaker or audio streaming from the video. Just the phone call, when 'speaker' function is activated no other problems Started this AM after a trivial drop to the floor. No visible damage to the phone.
Soft reboot done. Update software done today. Restart done. No improvement

Sorry to hear about this. Wish I had an answer but will come back if I find something. Have you tried searching for things like "speakerphone speaker not working while on calls". Can't be the first time this has happened and usually there's a fix. What's interesting here is like you stated the speakers clearly work if YouTube will run. Good luck, will let you know if I dig anything up.
