Please I tried downloading the snap to my laptop has shown on the crackberry website, I followed all the steps, when I clicked the ip link to open, it gave me error just has crackberry site said it woukd, I followed the steps by turning off my anti virus,and reconnecting my device to the laptop, but it still didn't go . What can I do? I even downloaded the snap bar first but moving on to the next step. Please help. Thanks.

I don't know which instructions you're following, but as far as I know, all you have to do is -
Visit this webpage:
Snap - Red Light Of Love, Ltd.
Click the download button.
Either use the BB Android toolkit which includes a script named "blackberry-deploy", or use the Chrome Extension version of this, or any other tool you are familiar with to install it on the device.
If you can't figure this out, you might be better of downloading 1MobileMarket or the Amazon Market. It's a much easier way to get a plethora of android apps on your BB10 device. That's assuming you're at least running 10.2.1 though.
