[CrackBerry Question]

i have bb z10. it suddenly not turning on, only red led showing, led not blinking, it connecting to pc, a driver automatically installing after installing it shows an input device is connected, but not connecting as boot rom, led is only flashing one time, if press and hold power button for 10 second led blinking twise and pc says usb input device disconnected and then connected,

is my device dead, or not
if not dead how can i flash with auto loader,

my device is bb z10 stl100-3
made in mexico 6

then insert it in your phone, then connect to pc, try to run autoloader,
