    I can receive messages and feeds but I cannot send messages. Just updated to 10.15.7.5
    I have also tried turning phone off and on.

    I'm having the same problem since yesterday with my Z10. Can receive BBM Messages, can make BBM video calls and voice calls, but can't send out a message. It was happening to me starting in the afternoon so I upgraded to the latest BB10 version and still same issue. Really annoying to have to go back to texting.
