My Z30, running OS version 10.3.2.2789 Software release 10.3.2.2514, has just recently started acting up where I am no longer able to pick up incoming calls. It goes like this:

    - Call comes in everything looks good
    - Swipe left to pick up call but, half a second after doing so, my phone ends the call.

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on a fix without having to reload my OS?

    Thanks!

Hold the up and down volume rockers for 20 seconds or so. Phone will reboot.

Make a hard reset by pressing both the volume buttons for 10 sec. I hope it will solve the issue.

I found out what it was. I just got a new Priv recently, and I couldn't receive calls on it either, so I called up Rogers to sort out the problem. Rogers has a service called Rogers One which is supposed to allow calls over Wi-Fi, but it was causing a conflict when trying to receive calls. All the tech support guy had to do was remove the service from my account, do a reset on my account, and then a simple phone reboot. Everything is working correctly now.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions though!
