    HELP! I can't backup my Z10 using BlackBerry Link.

    I keep getting the following messages at different points in the backup process:

    -"Unable to save name"

    -"Cannot communicate with device"

    -"Verify that your device is turned on and connected to blackberry link."

    I've tried the following:

    * Connected phone to computer via USB cable
    * Once connected, I opened BlackBerry Link and entered my device password.
    * I then noticed shortly after an alert in the lower left corner of the BlackBerry Link screen that says "unable to save name."
    *I went through the normal backup procedure by selecting "full backup"
    *After spending nearly 15 minutes on the fifth part of the backup process, BlackBerry Link displays an alert that says "verify that your device is turned on and connected to BlackBerry Link" and the backup process fails.

    I've done hard resets of my phone and reinstalled BlackBerry Link several times. I've used different USB cables and a different laptop. This has never happened before. Please help. Thanks.

    Passport could not backup here.

    Got an error message "Backup did not complete, verify that your device is turned on and connected to BlackBerry Link and try again", after long time of clicking Back Up Device button.

    By the way, device connection and media sync seem to be ok.
