[CrackBerry Question]

I need help desperately. I am new to Blackberry 10 and have just received a Z10 from my company IT dept. We are running BES10 and I am a frequent user of IM through our work servers running Lync. I was successful in downloading and configuring Enterprise IM from Blackberry World and it works great. My issue is that every time I receive a new IM through the Hub, I select the new message and my Z10 automatically loads up Enterprise IM for Cisco app. I can't use this one and want it to default to my downloaded Enterprise IM app. I can't figure out how to make this my default for Instant Messaging and I can't seem to be able to uninstall the Enterprise IM for Cisco app, even through the Google Chrome extension method. I've searched all over the internet for the past three weeks and have not been able to find an answer in these forums as of yet. Please help.

Did you install the app from the personal BlackBerry World or the work partition BlackBerry World?

I downloaded Enterprise IM from the work partition. Enterprise IM for Cisco was preinstalled. Still getting the hang of these partitions.

Actually just tried to download in personal partition and got an error when installing telling me I can only install in work space.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to either make Blackberry Enterprise IM my default, or somehow force un-install Enterprise IM for Cisco? Haven't been able to find a solution.
