Help! BB Z10 won't turn on or show up on computer

Hello,

My blackberry z10 turned off and won't come back on. When i try turning it on, the LED light comes on red. I tried reloading the system by internet or BB link but both ways were unsuccessful. the device won't even show on the computer or BB link, I've tried everyhing, please help!

Open link. Pull the battery out. Plug the phone into the computer. Put the battery in. Worth a try.
