I have installed a couple of android apps on my Z30 and all seem to install correctly but when I try to run them, they crash or hang.Can anyone offer and help or suggestions?

Although the android runtime has already come a very long way, it's by far not perfect. Some apps don't work, but most apps do. Your experience will improve with the new runtime on 10.3.

What apps are you trying to run? What apps would you like to run but haven't tried yet? I'm sure their are enough people on these forums that have tried them and know if they work or not.

Your OS version, the apps your are trying to run, and where you installed them from are important.

While Chen says that there are only 2% that don't work, it's really more like 30% from my own personal experience.

Apps that reliy on Google Services (Google Apps and some premium apps that rely on the Google Service Framework). Most Apps that use databases aren't going to work (some you can install the OBB files separately, some you can't).

Quickest way to find out is to use the search feature in the forum for the app name. This should take to any post that discuss that app and any issues it has.
