    KEY 2 LE, turned off, tried to charge LED flashes red but will not charge. Tried holding power button down for 30 sec, will not turn on. Still will not charge after over 30 minutes...tried to start a thread about it here but the thread does not appear. Would really love some help....not much per google in the way of help. Thank you

    Did you try other chargers and cables?

    Not yet, when my other half gets home from work i might. I am using the charger and cable that came with the phone however.
