    I updated my passport software to 10.3.3. Now I'm having difficulties going through a particular task, it says I should use the physical keyboard to move the circle on the screen to the left and right side of the screen, but it's not working.

    So the phone isn't picking up the use of the keyboard and a touch pad?

    How did you update the phone... OTA or did you select the OS?

    A friend of mine said he thinks the physical keyboard sensor is faulty, seriously i don't have any idea about what he's talking about.
