    I was about to start the update for my z10 through BlackBerry Link. And when I tapped on check for updates in BlackBerry Link, it shows u have the latest BlackBerry device software which is not actually!!! And when I check in my mobile setting, it shows update available, 10.3.1.1565..should I update through mobile then?

    Go ahead and use the ota update. I don't know the reason it is not showing up on Link. But not a big deal, just update via ota.
