    I am using Blackberry Passport OS ver. 10.3.2.2836 (latest)
    While making calls using my handset I hear myself, like echo.
    Is it a devise or software problem. How can I rectify this.

    Stuff like that is generally network side, not device side. Is it happening on ALL calls or only when you have bad coverage?
