Hi there I just purchased an HDMI cable either an adapter so it plugs into my Z10. When I plug this into my TV I can access my files but the mirroring does not happen. So therefore I can't stream films or watch YouTube for etc. I have now seen a a YouTube video saying an HDMI cable with an adapter won't work. Does anyone know why? If how i can fix this? Thanks. Settings>display>click share screen.

Hi thanks, that's interesting as when I go into settings display there is no share screen and the Hdmi is faint as on nit highlited. I even bought a new cable? .

I'm guessing it's the cable? I took back the �20 cable but didn't know about the settings, although that had an adapter on it and I saw a YouTube video where someone said it won't work with an adapter. Anyhow I now have purchased a �5 cable from amazon. I need to go to maplins and try one out.
