    So I've had Verizon FIOS App on my Z10 for some time now but the latest version I downloaded from Snap doesn't work right. According to Snap the version I updated to is

    The app opens up fine and works smooth but when I go to watch live TV I get an Error Message. See picture below. Is anyone experiencing this problem with the latest version? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I don't know where to find an earlier version of the app. I would rather use the latest one if I can make it work.

    I'm getting the same message and I've deleted it and reinstalled it and still the same thing. I even went back to an earlier version and still the same message so I'm just going to wait for an update and hopefully that will resolve the issue.

    Has this problem gotten fixed for anyone? I'm still having the same problem even after new updates. I've contact Verizon several times and now they just don't respond to me anymore, this seems deliberate.
