    my q10 is not getting on... the red light is just go on blinking ...
    the software too is not getting reloaded ...

    Sorry to hear that OP, hate be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds just like how my Z10 died. Worked fine all the way up until the point that it was dead. Red light blinking and it wouldn't connect to a PC or load the software. I never figured out how to fix it and am unsure if it is even possible. Others have had it happen as well and I haven't heard of them fixing it.

    I hope I'm wrong, but I think you're Q10 is a paperweight now.
