I ordered a new screen for my passport online. When i went to replace it, i was traveling and the screen was different. my phone has radius corners and the screen I received had square corners. i modified my frame to accommodate the new screen. i got it all back together and the keyboard doesnt work. there are two pieces of copper tape. one is approximately 1cm X 10 cm that goes between the screen and the frame and the other is 1cm x 2.5cm that goes somewhere between the keyboard and ? I called Blackberry customer tech support would not answer my questions. i bought a key2 that just arrived. i cant access my passport because it is locked because the keyboard doesnt work. where does the second piece of copper tape go exactly. can anyone help?
