I would like to use the Headspace app but it appears it is only available to Android or iPhones.

Some Android apps, many work just fine on BB10. Some work with a little extra help, and some just don't work. I do not know the status of that app. It WILL work for me of course because I'm on a BlackBerry Priv. Hopefully a BB10 user can provide the answer for us. :)
