    Recently, a red unlock pad icon started appearing on my top middle screen whenever I receive BBM calls. When I tap the icon, It says " This BBM Voice call is not protected. Now, I know what " not protected means", but what is causing this? Should I I get an Iphone 6s now? I though BBM was secured

    I am seeing same thing. It shows that bbm call is not protected when I receive a call from someone that does not have bbm protected.

    Same here. Always starts to vibrate and the red icon shows up while answering the phone.

    Yesterday I was talking to the BlackBerry support and they didn't have a clue what it was. Seems like BlackBerry want us to spend some money on BBM Protected with this one.

    My understanding is BBM protected is for Enterprise users and the warning received simply indicates the call originates from a non-Enterprise source.
    Correct me if I'm wrong.
