Please, *specifically* Key1 and Alta HR!
I did contact support, tried everything they recommend - no dice.
Should I buy the newest Fitbit model? Key2? Wait for Key3?? I love both my Key1 and Alta HR and I'm not keen on changing!
Notifications worked for a short while until about a year ago.
Anyone? I would be beyond grateful!
What Key3? What caused or when did two stop properly interacting? The year ago was for everything or just notifications? Factory reset?

Yes, everything worked until some update: Pairing, syncing and notifications...
To clarify further: I cannot pair my Alta HR via Bluetooth with the phone. The phone "sees" the tracker, but cannot pair with it.
Have you tried a factory reset of either or both devices?
