I know it sounds silly but, Is there any way I can install hangout and google plus?

My google talk is not sign in as well. Wot should I do abt that? Mail working every google item is connected except google talk. Please help.

I just installed Hangouts using Cobalt method of patching and running Whitelist app. I'm able to chat but no calls.
Also the notifications aren't working in the background.

I dont have voice calls either installing Hangouts using Cobalt's patched apk
