    Is there anyway I can get Google Play Services to be compatible, to work with my Blackberry Passport?     ^^^ That's as good as it really gets....

    Your Transit app would probable require patching also... to work with the mapping. But the current version is not compatible with the outdated Runtime, you'll need to see if an older version would work.
