Google Play Service

I have the Google play store on my (passport). Some apps that I try and download tells me that I need Google play service in order for the app to be install. I tried to download, Google play service, but I keep getting a message stating thats it's unavailable for this device. Is there a way to install Google play service on my device? Blackberry passport
