    you can't. You can patch around it for some apps. But you can't actually use GPS if it is required for the app to function.

    If you want to go into the rabbit hole read these threads.
    The link Bla1ze gave is how to get direct access to the Playstore for app downloading/purchasing. It doesn't address issues with app function and GPS dependency.
