Good for BES12 app stops responding on "Configuring Good Dynamics"
Getting an issue with BES 12.4.1 software. When i try to activate any non blackberry device the BES12 app stops responding on the Configuring Good Dynamics screen.
Technical support have refered me to the following article on the KB 000038064
which does not help me as I am running the newest software plus I have tried a brand new test account and deleting my own account on the server many times.
The Blackberry side of the activation goes through but no Good apps or set up happens on the device.
Does anyone know a fix to get this working?
