I just recently called the CSR from Globe and it's confirmed that ALL BlackBerry devices are not supported with the free facebook data. Even though you can register easily via *143# with a text confirmation, it says that BlackBerry devices are not supported.

It's not much of a problem but I'm weirded out. How come BlackBerry devices are not supported? Can anybody explain it to me?

Maybe they're talking about old BlackBerrys that utilize BIS, in which case the BlackBerry connects to BlackBerry servers and the carrier has no idea what you're accessing. I'm quite sure BB10 connects directly to Facebook.

That's what I was thinking too. But I said specifically a Z10 device ( since it was the most popular BB10 device that Globe knows. Lol) But she said the same thing. She told me that all BlackBerry devices including Z10 devices are NOT viable for the service. :P
