Can anyone help with this? Phone powers on, but the keyboard is unresponsive so we can't get into the device. Plugged it into the computer, then realized we had already uninstalled desktop manager, so that was another dead end. I can see the phone and it's files in Windows Explorer. Are the text messages stored somewhere that I can just access them through windows explorer?

Any help is much appreciated. We just need a few of the texts from the device. Thanks!

Yes. If you download an application called blackberry blend, you can access your text messages like that.

Not with a BBOS device like the OP has.
