    This is the first time I'm opening this inbuilt Games app. Whatever name I enter, I get the same error message. I'm connected to Wifi which is working on other apps.

    Blackberry isn't using score loop anymore, so the "games" app is useless now. It's been a while, what OS are you using to actually still have that app?

    BB 10.2.1. I am unable to delete it. So just opened it to know what it actually is.

    I believe the Games app was dropped a long time ago. Just ignore it.
