    After the new software update my BlackBerry Q10 is freezing especially in the BlackBerry Hub

    Hard reset, is done by holding the volume up and down buttons in together for a while until you see the blue loading circle, you will not lose anything.

    The hub in my Q10 (running release 10.3.2.2226) freezes for 2-3 minutes, then wakes up again by itself. This is very annoying because it happens very frequently. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Are new releases better in this regard? Q10 seems to be BB10's poor relation: it gets all the problems but none of the solution.
