what are you trying to do? Why would you need both the BBID and the password? You can find the BBID by going to:
Settings-Blackberry ID (on your phone).
And then to retrieve your password, go on Blackberry World on your pc:
appworld.blackberry.com
Go to sign in, forgot password, enter your blackberry ID and the verification code, press submit and then go onto your email and change it. I think you also have the option to change your email address afterwards
