    I have erased and reinstalled my fingerprint twice now and it quit working again. Any suggestions - is this a common problem?

    Haven't heard many issues in that area. Maybe you just need to get a replacement if it keeps happening. You can try a factory reset and see if it performs any better after that but really, you should just get it swapped via wherever you bought it or warranty.
