    Bla1ze,

    Dtek 60 came back from BlackBerry Mobile repair shop to rectify battery problem and now I can't set up Fingerprint option. A message appears that Enrollment was not complete. Fingerprint Enrollment didn't work. Try again or use a different finger. It will not even let me apply fingerprint before message appears.

    I have factory reset again, wiped out my password/ pin to no avail.

    Is this a Android problem and have you encountered this issue in the past? Any ideas on how to fix it?

    I made contact with BlackBerry Mobile and they told me to send it back to them. I should have shipping label soon. I tried safe mode to see if it would take but it would not. I hope they can figure it out.

    Blackberry Mobile was great..., great customer service over the phone and they fixed the problem and had the phone back to me in 2 days. I would send your phone in to them if you still have warranty.
