    When I try an playback certain videos on my Z10, I get a file format not supported message. Anybody know why this happens and/or how to view the videos? Thanks!

    Reboot your phone and try again.

    Somewhere I have seen a list of video and music files that the native BlackBerry player will play. I believe you can Google for the model of phone you have and find it. Otherwise you might need to download an app that will play that file or convert it to another file format.
