    Hello, I have a black berry classic phone. I want to make a data backup with blackberry link. But I don't get a connection to the phone via pc. The failure code is: A:0x000000A2e

    I make an update on the phone and on pc with the software, but it didn't help.

    What can i do ?

    Try uninstalling blackberry link and install blend with link and try again
