Is there a way to reset the device without using the pkb for inputting info? The reason I'm asking is because my pkb doesn't work and I need to factory reset it to trouble shoot. But I can't do that bcuz it requires a pin which I can't input because it requires the use of the pkb. It's like the chicken and the egg. Lol

Only thing I can think of is to use the Find My Device function - https://android.com/find even then, though, it's just an erase. And you know, won't work if you disabled it or never enabled it.

Ya. BB is gonna send me a replacement unit now the question is if I'm gonna sell that unit and move on or not. I'm torn cause I really like the phone and like how different it is from anything else out there. Typing on the pkb is a joy. The screen though is just passable. We'll see what I do.
