If I restore my BlackBerry z10 to factory default, will the Facebook and Twitter app be erased too? I don't want to update these apps to their newer versions because of the bad reviews I read about them that's why I don't want to reinstall them after the factory reset process.

Remember only to use Blackberry Link to do a security wipe (factory reset). I'm guessing that you'll automatically be given the latest version of the Facebook App (which is just a link to the website by the way). Regarding twitter, I don't think it'll be an issue because I have the latest version of twitter and it works 100% fine for me, no problems whatsoever.

I think the best thing for you to do is to experiment. Make a backup of your device (using Blackberry Link of course) and then perform a factory reset. If you're unsatisfied you can just load the backup.
