    Ah.

Pest the developer about it? https://twitter.com/nemory

Before you do though, did you add an account to the app? Swipe from the top and see if the option to is somewhere in there?

    Yup. Pointless without headless.

The hub does a much better job for free.

If that's the case, shouldn't you get the app OFF the store?

I'm not because I still have updates for the ones currently using it. So they can backup and restore their login sessions.

Then why not put a large, bold-type WARNING about the issue in the description? Couldn't you also change it to FREE so that people who download it now don't have to go through a refund process on top of the rest of the annoyance of finding out it doesn't work? Just some suggestions...

So you feel it's better to rip off unsuspecting people and force them to go through the refund process (pretty sure many will not have the patience to even try it) than to pull it off and explain to people that it's not working for new users? You are very talented and you have served Blackberry well, but your judgement on the business side is questionable.

While I don't agree with the moron part, I have to agree with the not surprised bit.

Boy, you really should read on ethics. I was a bit sad when you said you were leaving the platform, but now I think it's really for the best.

But go on and ignore jhimmel's suggestions. Prove all of the people that ever complained about you and your "business model" right.

It's not like you have a record of apps that stop working and vanish...

Isn't it ironic how many people want native BB10 apps and yet chastise developers for faulty apps. There are tons of faulty apps in Appstore and Google Play.

In this case Nemory knows his app doesn't work, but he leaves it on BBW, still advertised to work, and charges ppl $4 bucks for it. There's no reason he hasn't put a warning up for new ppl. None. Other than he's a crook and shady af.

What an odd comment. Not sure what your point is. A dev who has a (known) broken app for sale in Appstore, Google Play, BlackBerry World, or anywhere else for that matter, will be open to being (justifiably) chastised. No? Should there not be, at the very least, a warning that the app you are purchasing is useless to new buyers, as it is a messaging app that you can not log into? I don't have anything against Nemory, and you won't find posts from me calling him names, but this particular situation is really inexcusable and should be corrected.

Okay, well on my Classic, the standalone Facebook app includes the messaging service without the extra apps. Check the developer of the app. It sounds like a scam.
