In this case Nemory knows his app doesn't work, but he leaves it on BBW, still advertised to work, and charges ppl $4 bucks for it. There's no reason he hasn't put a warning up for new ppl. None. Other than he's a crook and shady af.

What is Nemory doing about it? He's on these forums, he's on this thread. Have ppl actually reported him as a fraud? Idk, I've never used his apps, I didn't get swindled. But that sure seems like a good idea to get his app pulled by BlackBerry since he is clearly ripping ppl off and refuses to do anything about it.

Unfortunately, BlackBerry is slow to move on these things. I'll explain the situation with the app to you, since I think you are not familiar with it. The app worked at one time. Facebook has since BLOCKED it. If you had the app working, it will continue to work (for how long, no one knows) AS LONG AS YOU DON'T LOG OUT. If you log out, you will not be able to log in again. I believe Nemory has provided something for those who still have it working to back up their working configuration and restore it. Anyone who buys the app for the first time TODAY ($3.99), will not be able to log in to their Facebook account - the app is essentially useless. There is no warning about this in the description of the app. Nemory has stated that the reason he has not pulled the app, is because existing users (with it still working) can get updates this way. So - the app is ONLY useful to someone who already paid, and has it working from a previous login. This does not explain why there is no warning to unsuspecting new users, or why it is not changed to free. Hope that is all clear.

The good news is that the Facebook App through the hub works very well in lieu of the app. Nemory never had headless working on it. Being notified when you get a response is pretty darn important.

Two things I don't get. One why does it say 7 day free trial when you clearly have to pay $4 to download it?
Two why you STILL haven't put up a warning to not download this app?

Is it lazyness? Shadyness? Both?
You're looking for a hack, well since you can't even take the time to update your app page I'd say that could take a lifetime and never going to happen.
