    I am not able to log in my account through BlackBerry fb app..it shows your account information is incorrect..but I checked, I have input the information correctly..please help

    I've been off Facebook for 2 years now, but have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

    And can you log in to Facebook with the same username/password using you're browser?

    Yes I deleted and reinstalled several times..but not working..i haven't tried with other accounts

    I'm having problems too. After the update I logged out as suggested then logged back in but it won't load.
    You can use Facebook from your browser, after signing in just add the bookmark to your home screen. I usually use Facebook this way as the BB10 app is so poor. Only negative is the notifications in the Hub won't work this way.

    Make sure you delete Facebook completely, not just on your home screen but also in your BlackBerry world's apps "available" section. After I did that, it is now working. Odd thing was I didn't have to sign in again.

    My guess is yes. Make sure you back up your phone before loading the new update just in case.
    If you don't want to upgrade then there are other browsers available that might work. Evolution Browser is one I use in addition to the BlackBerry browser
