    Hi. The FB App will not install on my Key2. As well as some other apps. I have tried forced stop on Google play and Google store, but nothing seems to work (there is no clear casche button either). When I try to download the Facebook app, a green button appears as 'OK' but nothing downloads even though it states on Google apps that it is installed though it is not. I am not sure how to fix this.

    Did you look in the app drawer?

    Yes, the app is not listed there.

    But it's listed as installed on Play Store? See if it opens from there.
